Creator UGC, managed by us

UGC for food and beverage brands

Real creators eating, pouring and reaching for your product at home. We cast them, brief them, keep every video on brand and cut the ones that perform into paid ads.

Snackables / UGC for food and beverage brands
The short answer

UGC for a food brand works when the viewer believes the bite. Our producers cast creators who already eat in your category, brief the moment that sells it (the first sip, the crunch, the lunchbox), approve every video with you and recut winners for Reels, TikTok and Meta ads. For package clients, UGC runs $3,600 for 6 videos a month.

What makes food UGC work

Taste does not come through a screen, so the video has to show it. The best food UGC is specific: one creator, one real moment, the product in hand in the first two seconds, and a reaction a viewer trusts. Our briefs are written around that moment, not a script to read.

How we run it

We cast from our creator network for your shopper, write the brief, ship product, review every cut and send you the edit for approval before anything posts. Videos are filmed remotely by creators, so a UGC program grows without adding shoot days. Read what makes a good UGC ad for the full checklist.

What UGC is for, and what it is not

UGC is made to feel like a person, not a commercial. It is built for paid social testing and the feed. It is not a polished brand film, and it is not styled food photography. If you need both, our packages pair UGC with lo fi shoot days and hi fi hero video.

What each rate creates

Every package runs on shoot days. Our production team, iPhone and lighting kit, editing, talent from our creator network and organic usage are included. Two month minimum, then month to month. No retainer.

BITE

$5,000 a month

6 lo fi videos and 8 lifestyle photos from one shoot day. iPhone, a real home, real people using your product. Made for your feed and paid social testing.

SNACK

$8,000 a month

8 lo fi videos, 10 photos and 2 creator UGC videos from one shoot day. More volume for the feed, plus creator videos cut to run as ads.

MUNCH

$12,000 a month

8 lo fi, 3 hi fi videos, 12 photos and 3 UGC across two shoot days. The hi fi day is styled and lit hero video for launches.

FEAST

$15,000 a month

10 lo fi, 4 hi fi, 15 photos and 6 UGC across two shoot days. The most volume and the most creator UGC of any package.

What a lo fi rate is not. Lo fi days do not include food styling for camera, studio lighting, retail or product page formats, 4K or TV. Styled, lit hero work lives in the MUNCH and FEAST hi fi days. Retail sets, custom packaging and product page video are a different kind of production, and we quote them on their own.

Questions

How much does UGC cost for a food brand?

For Snackables package clients, creator UGC is $3,600 a month for 6 videos, $6,000 for 12 or $12,600 for 30. Each is a program base plus a 20% agency fee. SNACK, MUNCH and FEAST also include UGC.

Do creators keep the product?

Yes, product ships to each creator and is theirs to keep. It is billed at cost, only with your OK.

Can we run the UGC as ads?

Yes. Every UGC video is cut to run as paid creative. Paid usage terms are agreed per program before the creator films.

Do you work with beverage brands too?

Yes. Drinks are some of our most common UGC: pours, cans in hand, the first sip after a workout. See our page on content for beverage brands.
