Terms of service

The general terms that apply to using this site and working with Snackables. Your specific engagement is governed by your signed service agreement, not this page.

Using this site

This site is informational and exists to show our work and let you get in touch. There's no account creation, no checkout, and no purchase made directly on the site. Submitting the contact form sends your details to us so we can follow up, that's the only interaction the site performs on your behalf.

How engagements work

Every client engagement runs two months minimum, then month to month after that. There's no long-term retainer and no automatic renewal into a lock-in period. The specific deliverables, timeline, pricing, and scope for your project are set out in a separate service agreement signed before work begins, not on this page.

Content and ownership

The general shape of our licensing, subject to what's actually written into your service agreement:

  • Content we produce for you is built around your brand and delivered for your use.
  • Paid media usage and organic usage are typically licensed on different terms, usage rights and their duration are specified per project.
  • Snackables retains the right to reference completed work in our own portfolio, case studies, and marketing unless your agreement says otherwise.

If anything here conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement governs.

What's on this site

Case studies, client names, and results shown on this site are real work for real clients, shown with permission. Package pricing shown is a starting reference, actual pricing for your project is confirmed on a call and in your agreement.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided as is. We work to keep information current, but pricing, availability, and offerings can change without notice.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
